You will receive an email confirmation of shipment from the web. And the day before receiving the package you will receive a tracking to control the arrival time.

Yes, you will have to contact us to meet when. It is possible that we give you the bike inside a box or without a box, depending on the model and the stock at that moment.

Yes, the VAT will not be charged in countries outside the EU. Even if you have a VAT number, we can make you an invoice without VAT.

The ideal thing is to send the bike in the same box you received it and using the packaging materials you received. Try not to throw them away and unpack the bike delicately.
