The bikes are shipped in carto boxes measuring 126x64x21 (20 “) and 138x70x21 (26”)

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive an email confirmation of shipment from the web. And the day before receiving the package you will receive a tracking to control the arrival time.

CAN I COLLECT MY BIKE DIRECTLY IN CLEANTRIALS HQ?

Yes, you will have to contact us to meet when. It is possible that we give you the bike inside a box or without a box, depending on the model and the stock at that moment.

CAN I TRY A CLEANTRIALS BICYCLE BEFORE PURCHASING IT?

Yes, you can meet us and come to see us to try one of the test bikes we have.

DO YOU DEDUCT SPANISH VAT FROM SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE?

Yes, the VAT will not be charged in countries outside the EU. Even if you have a VAT number, we can make you an invoice without VAT.

WHAT TARIFFS OR CHARGES ARE IN SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE EUROPE?

Within the EU, you do not have to pay fees. For countries outside the EU, such as SWITZERLAND, yes, the transport company will contact you with prior notice.

You must contact us to arrange it. Please be careful packing the bike again before sending it.

HOW DO I PACK MY BIKE TO SEND IT BACK?

The ideal thing is to send the bike in the same box you received it and using the packaging materials you received. Try not to throw them away and unpack the bike delicately.

WHAT WARRANTY DO CLEANTRIALS HAVE?

Cleantrials parts are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of shipment.
